BOGOTÁ
Reception
and transfer from El Dorado International Airport to the chosen hotel.

DAY 2.
BOGOTÁ (Visit the city with Monserrate)
Breakfast at
the hotel. Then one of our representatives will pick you up at your hotel to go
to the Historic Center of Bogotá, where a pedestrian tour begins through the
Plaza de Bolívar and the nearby streets, where you can see buildings such as
the National Capitol, center of the legislative life of the country; The House
of the Community members; The House of Nariño, seat of the Presidency of the
Republic; and panoramic visit of the Church Museum of Santa Clara. You will
enter the Gold Museum, where there are about 34,000 pieces of goldsmiths from
various pre-Hispanic cultures, and then you will go to the Quinta de Bolívar
House Museum, where the Liberator Simón Bolívar lived. The route continues from
2,600 meters above the sea level of the city to 3,152 meters. There you will
see the sanctuary where the image of the Fallen Lord of Monserrate is
venerated. From there you can see the best panoramic view of Bogotá. Return to
the hotel and accommodation.
Notes:
- The Gold
Museum and Quinta de Bolívar are closed on Mondays; instead, the Botero Museum
and La Casa de la Moneda will be visited.

DAY 3.
BOGOTÁ (Visit to the Salt Cathedral of Zipaquirá)
Breakfast at
the hotel. At the agreed time one of our representatives will contact you at
your hotel to start a tour of the savannah of Bogotá until you reach Zipaquirá,
whose name means "city of our Father" in Chibcha language. In
pre-Columbian times, in this region saline springs were exploited to produce
"loaves of salt", a strong currency with which the Muiscas traded.
Over time, the technology changed and began to open holes to extract greater
amounts of salt. In these old underground galleries the Salt Cathedral of
Zipaquirá is erected, 180 meters below the surface. There is a small chapel of
the miners in homage to the Virgin, Our Lady of the Rosary of Guasá (this word
means "mine" in chibcha). At the end of the visit, return to Bogotá,
and accommodation.

- The
descent to the Salt Cathedral is not recommended for people with mobility
restrictions, pregnant women or older adults.

DAY 4. BOGOTÁ
- PEREIRA / CAFETERO EJE (Coffee Process in Finca del Café with lunch)
Breakfast at
the hotel. Transfer to the Airport to take the flight to Pereira, early in the
morning. Arrival in the afternoon at 11:30 am, reception and transfer from Pereira
Airport to the hotel in the Coffee Eje. At noon, transfer to "La Finca del
Café" where you will enjoy a delicious lunch to later begin the Coffee
Process tour in the company of a local expert who will take us through
beautiful special coffee plantations, explaining how the process of Coffee from
planting, selective manual harvesting and pulping. Then, we will roast special
coffee beans in a wood stove in the kitchen of the typical peasant house where
we can have an authentic coffee experience. In the tour there are several
stations with viewpoints made where we can appreciate the beautiful landscape
and natural environment of the place while enjoying a cup of coffee. Finally,
we will move on to the innovative process of drying the coffee bean, the
beneficiary and then we will go to the main house where we will be have a
delicious coffee lemonade. Transfer to the hotel, rest of the day free and
accommodation.

depending on the location of the chosen hotel.
Passengers
must arrive from Bogotá by flight early in the morning, otherwise this Tour
will not be possible.
DAY 5.
COFFEE SHAFT (Tour Valle del Cocora and Salento)
Breakfast at
the hotel. In the morning, you will meet one of our representatives and
transfer in a private transport unit to the Cocora Valley appreciating the
beautiful landscape of the place. Once you reach the Valley, we will have a
welcome cocktail (canelazo) and assistance by a specialized eco guide who will
make the introduction to the Cocora Nature Reserve. Walking we will transfer to
the forest of fog where we can appreciate the biodiversity of fauna and flora
of the place and where we will take the ecological path of the wax palm, the
highest in the world and the national flagship tree of Colombia to do the palm
ritual Wax of Quindío, which consists in knowing the history of how the
aborigines worshiped this palm. Then we will plant palm seedlings. After that,
transfer to the typical town of Salento where we will have a walking tour
visiting its colonial streets, craft workshops and the Cocora viewpoint. At the
agreed time, transfer back to the hotel. Rest of the day free and
accommodation.

* Because
this destination has a large influx of local and foreign visitors on Sundays,
Mondays and holidays we recommend booking this tour on different days for a
better experience, this also applies to Easter, end and beginning of the year.
DAY 6.
COFFEE SHAFT / PEREIRA - CARTAGENA
Breakfast at
the hotel. Transfer to Pereira Airport to take the departure flight, to Cartagena.
Arrival, reception and transfer from the Airport to the chosen hotel in
Cartagena. Accommodation.
DAY 7.
CARTAGENA (Visit to the City with Castillo de San Felipe)
Breakfast at
the hotel. At the agreed time, you will meet one of our representatives at the
hotel to begin a panoramic tour of Cartagena de Indias. During the circuit you
will pass through the modern area of Bocagrande and the neighborhood of
Manga, where old mansions from the early twentieth century are seen. Then, you
will visit the Castle of San Felipe de Barajas, with which the Spaniards sought
to defend themselves against English attacks in the 17th century. We continue
with a short walk through the Historic Center of this beautiful city visiting
the San Pedro Claver Church, where the remains of the Saint that bears the same
name are found. The tour ends with a visit to the Emerald Museum. The tour will
end at your hotel, rest of the day free and accommodation.

DAY 8.
CARTAGENA (Pasadía Isla del Encanto)
Breakfast at
the hotel. At the agreed time, transfer from the hotel to the indicated dock to
begin the full day tour with transportation by speedboat to Isla del Encanto,
located south of the Bay of Cartagena. Isla del Encanto in Barú is part of the
Corales del Rosario National Natural Park. There you can enjoy coral beaches
and a variety of reef fauna, ideal for resting and swimming. Return to
Cartagena, transfer from the pier to the hotel and accommodation.
